is closing early this year on June 8th. That means about 200 dogs will need homes. Lucky for them if that means we can find the homes for them.
Colorado Greyhound Adoption is looking for foster parents and adopters. I personally love to foster, as I get to know the dogs and teach them what is is like to be in the real world. It's sort of the best part, seeing them realize that, "Hey, I can sleep on the couch! Who'd a thunk????"
Giving them up to adopters is not that bad - I think of it as is they are kids goin goff to college. I've loved them and helped them and now I can help another one when they have moved on.
If anyone that reads this would consider adopting or fostering, please contact me.
